Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) are a synergistic combination that supports bone, cardiovascular, and immune health. A high dose of 4,000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, while 100 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7 directs calcium to bones, protecting blood vessels from calcium deposits.
